Truth
I can rest in being without needing to define identity
I touched a place where I didn’t need a title, a role, or confirmation of who I am. I wasn’t trying to be special or define myself in any way. I saw that the moment I try to finalize my identity, I actually leave myself. Simply being; without adding a story or a name; felt whole. “I AM” was enough. Nothing needed to be proven or completed. In that space, I felt unified, not because I understood myself more, but because I stopped fragmenting myself by trying to decide who I am.
